
Our fruits
Fruits represent a characteristic of Colombia, that of a colorful, happy country with a pleasant flavor. They are a source of protein, vitamins, water and minerals, but also a source of inspiration for poets and singers, who in graphic metaphors compare the love and sensuality of women with the sweetness and juiciness of fruits.

Curuba
It contains calories, water, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins A and C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and ascorbic acid (in abundance). The proportion of sugars barely reaches 6%.

Strawberry
Contains iron, sugar, calories, carbohydrates, cellulose, citric, malic, formic, oxalic and salicylic acid, protein substances, lime, soluble salts, cellulose, fats, water, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, calcium, silicon, iodine, bromine and vitamins B, C, E, K, A. Soursop

Guava

Orange

The studies carried out so far indicate that it has substances such as gamma aminobutyric acid, which lowers blood pressure, therefore, it is useful for hypertensive patients, not for those who suffer from low blood pressure.

Grape
Grapes are made up of 4/5 parts of water and 1/5 of solid elements, mostly glucose and cellulose, natural sugars that are very easy to assimilate.
